ON LINE RETURNS
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of verified delivery date provided by carrier. Returns outside of that time-frame may be accepted at the discretion of The Posh Peacock only. Upon approval of your return or exchange request, The Posh Peacock will provide a return label for all items purchased over $250.

Then follow the instructions below:
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of return approval by The Posh Peacock.
Each returned item will be inspected and processed within 3 business days of delivery to The Posh Peacock. The customer will be notified via email when the refund has been issued. Please allow at least 7 business days for a refund to post to your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Returns must be have the original tags intact and can’t show signs of wear.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Sale items marked final sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
All special orders, custom and one of a kind pieces are final sale.
Online orders may be returned to store location within the approved return window.
Purchases made prior to sale markdowns are not eligible for a price adjustment.
Promotional discounts cannot be applied to a “Final Sale” purchase.
Promotional codes must be applied at time of checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.
The Posh Peacock is unable to accommodate requests to price match other retailers or offer price adjustments once an order has been placed via our website.
IN-STORE RETURNS: We do not accept returns on merchandise purchased in-store. If you are not satisfied with your in-store purchase, we are happy to issue you a store credit within 5 days of your purchase to be redeemed at any point in time. In-store returns follow the same guidelines as on-line returns above.
